We use the contact details provided to manage our communication with you within our CRM system, Linked In Sales Navigator. 

We add search terms to your contact information so we can ensure you are only contacted about your areas of interest.

How long do we keep your information

We will hold information about you for 7 years unless you ask us to delete it.

Keeping in Touch

We do not send automated emails or direct marketing.

Sharing your information

We support all our business activities internally.  Our computer systems and services include some cloud-based storage of your data, which is handled securely.

We do not sell data to third parties.

Our data will be transferred if we are bought by another business, as part of the assets of the company and to enable continued support for active projects.

We provide a full copy of our accounting information to our accountant and this will include details of orders and customer contact details. Our accountant is contractually bound to safeguard the data we entrust to them.

We may share personal information about our customers with credit reference agencies to verify your identity; assess your financial position when considering requests for commercial credit terms or as part of any fraud-prevention activities. This is to protect our legitimate business interests.

Your rights

Under the data protection laws you have a number of rights, and we will comply with our obligations in law to enable you to exercise these rights where appropriate.  Your legal rights include:

Our website has been created using automated tools provided by GoDaddy.com and although cookies may be present they are not monitored or used by us for any purposes.

Our website does not use cookies to collect information about visitors.
